Shipping policy

Shipping within India

Delivery is free on all orders within India.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link by email or SMS.

 

International shipping

We ship to selected countries for a flat fee of Rs. 1,700 per order, shown at checkout. International delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.

 

Digital products

Digital products, such as The Ultimate Wedding Guestlist, are delivered instantly to your email after payment. Nothing is shipped.

 

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at info@meticulousbeaver.com with your order number and we will track it, resend it or replace it at no cost to you.
