Refund policy

Our promise

We want you to love your Indian Wedding Planner Box. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your box arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or you received the wrong item, email info@meticulousbeaver.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible. You do not need to pay for return shipping.

 

Changed your mind

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Email us first at info@meticulousbeaver.com so we can share the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Items that have been written in, or had stickers used, cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund you to your original payment method within 7 business days. We will email you when the refund is processed.

 

Digital products

Digital products, such as The Ultimate Wedding Guestlist, cannot be returned or refunded once the file has been delivered. If the file does not open or is not what was described, email us and we will fix it or refund you.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Email info@meticulousbeaver.com with your order number.
